About Me

trish
I've been baking for as long as I can remember. I think the experimentation began when I ran out of pre-packaged mixes for my "Easy Bake" oven. Needless to say, it was an easy decision for me to choose baking as my trade. I graduated at the top of my class from the Vancouver Community College baking and pastry arts program in June of '99. While I've worked at a number of bakeries in Vancouver, Edmonton, and Winnipeg, I still dream of having the creative freedom that would come with owning my own shop.
